However, it is not possible to always operate to the right side of the line and things could happen and you might find us on the wrong side of the fence. For such instances, we have a clear policy and we would require your cooperation in rectifying the mistake.

LORDLEAF.INFO DMCA COPYRIGHT POLICY

We would require a person coming up as an authorized entity on behalf of the owner of the copyright, “that has been allegedly infringed” to have a physical or electronic signature.

While reporting the infringement kindly identify the work or the material that is as per your claim infringing the copyright. This could include information regarding the location of the infringing material on our site that you want us to remove. The more detailed the description the easier it would be for us to check the material or information and take the appropriate action.

The contact information of the notifier: This includes the address including email, a telephone number, etc.; a statement that the complainer has a good faith belief that the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, the law, or its agent. The statement should include a resource that helps us in verifying the accuracy of the claim.

In addition, a document or statement indicating the notifier's authority to make the complaint on behalf of the owner of the material.

Once we receive the complaint

Once we receive the complaint and it is proved that indeed the copyright has been infringed, it is our policy:

To remove or disable access to the infringing material;
To notify the member or user that we have removed or disabled access to the material;
To notify the complainant about the action we have taken.
